When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak sale periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase for full-priced items. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
How do I care for my Jamie Kay garments?
To maintain the quality of our organic cotton and delicate knits, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash in a laundry bag and drying flat in the shade. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to items, addresses, or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.
